the Bear SG Nat Geo now is showing the legend of Hogzilla.... someone shot a 1000lb wild pig... then they are showing that someone has reared a 1200lb domestic pig pigs are the scariest "domestic" animal because the moment it escapes, it reverts immediately to their wild side.. which makes them very vicious oh my GOD! in China, they had a pig over 2000lbs! the pig died because of lack of exercise
elindra SG Wow! that is some pig! Talking about pigs, I talked to this Japanese Chef sometime back and he told me that the one pork he ate that is better than Kurabuta is meat from the Vietnamese wild pig. He said too bad you can't export that to Japan

elindra SG That was what I asked him He said it's not a wild boar but a wild pig and it's black too I've eaten wild boar before...I thought the meat was crunchy and weird
the Bear SG wild boar is good stuff.. if you know how to cook it.. a duck rice stall in telok blangah used to sell it when they could get it.. but that was half a lifetime ago
